CITY好房整租了，2个超大房间只要350左右。近唐人街，步行10分钟到COLES，15分钟到阿大和旁边UNISA。2个超大房间，住4人一点不挤。环境地理位置都没话说，价格也合适。我租了一年，现在合同到期，4月毕业所以不准备继续租了。当初连带搬运费花了2000多买了一整套家具，都还蛮不错的。因为快回国了所以想找一个有需要租这个房子的人，我顺便可以把家具一起卖你。（PS:保证比你自己买便宜，价格参考BBS  2手家具。）合同和房租是你自己和房东去谈，我只是想把我的家具处理了，因为单卖太麻烦，而且租这房子的人也要再买一遍家具，所以我卖给租这房子的人就大家省事省钱了。
