由于工作调动，楼主需要找人继续租整套townhouse，屋子大概情况如下：
已有一间出租，另外一间待租,两间大master  room, 互不干扰。 12月16号可以入住。2013年8月7号房子到期。


地点：在MAWSON LAKES 中心区域，primary school后门，距超市、图书馆、餐厅、公车站、火车站、南澳大学 步行皆在十分钟之内。去CITY, 可搭乘222、224、228公车，或者乘坐火车10多分钟即可到达。

房型： 2层的小townhouse，楼下有一间车库，自动门带遥控器。 餐厅厨房客厅是开放式的，比较清爽。楼下还有一间厕所。外面有一个很小的院子。
           楼上是两件MASTER ROOM， 都各带浴室及换衣室。两间ROOM之间，还有一个小小的壁橱。

租金： 每周330，是直接和中介签合同，中介人很不错，每次来做inspection 5分钟就搞定，大概看看就好。如果嫌房子租金高，楼主可以帮忙和中介谈。

优势： 房子很新，比较私密，有2间MASTER ROOM。对于在北区附件上学工作的朋友，确实很方便。对于有小孩子的
家庭来说，出了门就是PLAYGROUD，周边很多PLAYGROUD. 另外全家具，楼主的所有家具电器都是自用的，很新。
