但是移民局规定，两年合同开始时间必须是签证准签日之后。如果雇主能在我年底拿到合同后就立即提名，还能申请成功吗？

但是如果移民局审核时间超过了3个月，到时他们看合同，就不够两年了，还能准签吗

而如果你没有职业评估和雅思4个6分，就要457工作2年后，雇主再次提名你，你有雅思4个5分（不需要职业评估）就可以转187PR的。
递签时候提供的雇主合同是2年或以上的就OK的，而187下签后，你要再为提名你的雇主工作2年的。而如果187下来以后1年，你就满足5年内累计住满4年的话，就可以直接入籍换澳洲护照了啊，换了护照有了英文名字后，你就可以辞职了啊，不受187PR的为提名雇主工作2年的签证限制了。
不管移民的审理周期有多久，187PR下签后，原则上你都要为提名雇主工作2年的。除非PR后1年以后拿了护照，或是你187下来后，雇主生意倒闭等不可抗力因素发生的。

谢谢。但是，我的新合同会从2013.3.14开始，我2012.12才能递交提名，如果移民局审到我的case时是2013.3.14号之后某个时间，会不会认为从那时算起，我的合同已经不足2年，从而拒签？

PS: 移民局新的规定要求从准签时算起，还要和雇主至少有两年的合同啊

你的合同只要是2年或以上的就OK的，不会影响签证审理。下签后给雇主打2年税就OK
