东北 Gilles Plains 区（Paradise Interchange附近）。Town-house 单间出租，120+share。房子很新，干净整洁。250G Adam网络，中央空调，全家具。交通方便，附近有两个公车站，10分钟左右走到公车站。因为在Paradise Interchange附近，所以过obahn的车很多，坐obahn的话不到15分钟就到city；普通的公车，大概20-30分钟到city。去Tea Tree Plaza也很方便。家附近有 Woolworths，Mc，Hungry Jack's，加油站，fitness first等。附近是Holden Hill Police Station，所以治安良好。
