房主要求:

1. 極少在家做飯的房客優先考慮.....
(如要做飯者也行但必須自重....少油少油煙....做完飯需馬上清潔...保持廚房乾淨)

2. 隨身帶很少的行李入住優先考慮......

3. 僅限單人....女性......(將與另位女性房客SHARE BATHROOM)

4. 必須時常保持整個住家的環境整潔.....包括公眾區域.衛浴...當然還有自己房間....

5. NO SMOKE  ....  NO PET ....

6. 房主不提供車位

房子絕對是好房子.....且生活機能佳......價錢也公道....

房東訂這些規則無非就是為了保持住家的環境整潔跟大家的居住品質.....

所以生活較隨性或做飯偏油跟重口味或自認無法配合整潔的同鞋們就不好意思惹....

希望找到真正愛乾淨且負責任的室友入住....
