Fulham Gardens区2单人间出租，近henley beach，步行20分钟至海边。

出门拐弯不用走就是公交站 H31 stop21，走5分钟上henley beach road有多辆公交车。公交20分钟至city，开车15分钟。henley beach road自西向东直着走到city的不拐弯大家都知道，这条路不堵车所以交通非常方便，在city上班上学都非常方便。

住宅区环境非常优美是富人区不用多介绍，周围各种设施和公园都在步行范围内，走路5-10分钟都到，包括shopping centre，chinese bakery，target，foodland，各种快餐外卖，商店等等，henley beach road上面有非常多的店大家都知道。

房子是老房子双层砖墙的，冬暖夏凉，隔音好，但是内部重新装修的比较新，房间内是地毯的其他地方都是地板。

房子内有独立卫生间和浴室，淋浴和bathtub都有，分开的。房子内一共4个房间，master room（已出租）有自己的卫浴所以不和单人间share卫浴，剩下三间单人间共用卫生间和浴室，每间住一人，现已出租一间。每间的朝向都是一样的，大小差不多。

关于交通方面，距离的问题不想说太多了，一定要找city附近10站以内的就不要问了，房间是给喜欢住的舒适靠海边的同学最合适，10站和20站在这个位置不过是坐车10分钟和20分钟的问题，看个人的选择了。本人在city上班一周5天每天都坐公交车到city，没觉得不方便。

院内3车位，车库里2车位，门口顶棚的车位一个，后院也可以停车
