近city2室一厅unit，假期超值短租or长租，废话不多说，直接上图片，家里开车5分钟是COLES，家门口就是个加油站，个人觉得他家的油是阿德最低，周末的时候家旁边有个希腊的老奶奶卖水果和蔬菜，都是riverland来的，而且你去买东西，总是偷偷的再送给你几个免费的，前提是你要用希腊语叫她“奶奶”。我可以教你，给你省菜钱咯，离ANZAC HW开车也是就不到10分钟的事儿，所以到哪里都很方便。

UNIT是一个BLOCK，一共6家，share一个大院子，房东是LOCAL就住在我们前面，所以有事情找她很方便.

我不敢说我的房子是最好的，但是条件肯定是敢保证的，因为我和老公要回国3个月，所以我们会把bill交好（前提是bill别太离谱，因为夏天大家可能都要用空调），家里的网络是无限的，看连续剧绝对是没问题的，洗头露，厕纸，总而言之一切的生活用品我都会为你安排好，所以我这真的叫提包入住，家里2间房全部是Build-in的衣柜，所以女孩子来说绝对够用了.

短租；即日--3月初
长租：即日——6月

不能，因为家具什么都是我们自己买的，我本意是只想短租3月的，但是怕有人嫌麻烦，所以也可以长租，但是只有半年租期，谢谢
