无论是对于刚到澳洲的还是准备换换新环境的朋友，市中区townhouse都是很好的选择（107 grote st，  5000）。 便利的交通和集中的生活半径（80%中餐馆，adelaide最大的菜市central market 还有 super market都是3-5分钟的步行距离），可以说生活用品应有尽有。 我们现在这个房子住4个人，3层楼，底楼带独立车库，3个房间每个都有独立卫生间（小亮点）大家这一年都住的挺舒心，只不过今年12月回国准备把合同转出去（已经和中介商量好 满意的话可以直接签合同入住）。
