房子是一个很新的townhouse,共有两层楼，楼下是客厅，厨房，洗衣房，楼上是3间卧室，楼上楼下各一个卫生间，
有车库，可以停两辆车，所以爱车人士就不用担心你的车子被日晒雨淋了
房子是中央空调，家具齐全，应有尽有，绝对能满足你一切生活所需

从家里走到车站大约2分钟，190-199的车子都可以坐，所以出门完全无需看车表，上车了5分钟就能到city
如果想运动下，半小时就能走到city

家里除了要出租的那个房子，共住了2个人，都是学生

现在要出租的房间里有queen size的床，书桌，衣柜，衣帽间，阳台。可拎包入住。ps:最后一张图片就是要出租的房间

家里的网是internode extreame adsl2+, 150G, 速度有保障也不会时不时断线

Unley是有名的富人区，所以治安非常的好，走路5分钟不到就到了unley shopping center, 里面有woolworths,coles,Target,subway等等，旁边还有Unley library, Unley swimming center，附近还有2个健身房。
走路10分钟就走很多卖衣服的店，adelaide唯一的一家D&G专卖店也在那，走路2分钟就有医院，第5站那还新开了一家中国人超市，所以住在这里你完全不需要在依赖city,chinatown，因为unley能够满足你所以吃，穿，住，行的需要。

房子绝对适合讲究生活品质，要求生活质量，爱干净的人，房间8月4号可以入住
