屋子家具电器新颖齐全，配套煮食工具，宽敞明亮，有中央空调，TPG unlimited上网, 直接拎包入住。

低楼一房间享有自个儿的浴室还有小小的私人天井。家私齐全，有单人床，书桌，椅子，书柜，2门衣柜，全身镜等等，适合只想要有自个儿的个人隐私和安静的室友（男女不限, 但只租single, 小情侣们不好意思了~）。210全包，租约至少到今年年底.

目前有一男2女一小和狗室友，我们都是好相处，安静不喧哗的室友，爱好干净。小狗是有经过特别纪律训练，干净乖巧不乱吠，平时只粘着我们。我们之前所有的女室友们都超爱他（包括自称不喜欢狗的）。希望找相同爱干净，易相处，有礼貌, 无不良嗜的室友。不抽烟酗酒。只需要拿着随身物品进来入住就可以了。
