2. 结算师负责的范围只是楼宇及生意买卖，他们不是律师，也没有经过法律训练，他们不能也不可以给予任何法律意见。他们没有责任跟进生意经营情况的。

基于上述原因，你要弄清楚你是经过律师还是结算师购买生意，合同上是否有列明需要有建筑商业证明才可经营。
你是新移民，你可以不清楚在南澳州经营任何生意都需要牌照的。你经营建筑工厂必须要有建筑商的证书才能营业。但有卖家会声称合约只卖工厂的生财工具，并不是生意。如果合约是这样列明的话，你是没有任何余地追讨赔偿的。

最直接的方法是找一位资深的律师帮你看看合同是否有列明详细条款，考虑是否有索偿的理据。
