房屋结构：双砖结构，中央冷气，保你夏天舒适。

房屋地理位置：Bus stop 8B, bus 167,168直达adelaide 语言学校，adelaide uni, UNISA city west and city east campus. 大概15-20分钟到学校，大概2，3分钟走到bus 车站。Netley,城西南，离机场很近，但是不吵，因为刚好和飞机的航线在相反方向。离chinatown centra market4.7公里。在city和beach中间，旁边有coles, woolworth, K-mart等超市，还有一些杂货店和中国餐馆。附近有跑步专用道，网球场等锻炼设施。

屋内设施：基本家具都有，包括床，衣柜，书桌，台灯，椅子等

公用设施：厨房里锅碗瓢盆一应俱全，（若是你有洁癖，欢迎自带锅碗筷子），两个冰箱，烤炉，搅碎机，等一应俱全。洗衣房有洗衣机，烫衣板等。

室友和房东：现住有3个女孩，一个男孩，在阿大和UNISA读书，年龄在23-25之间，他们都很友好，很安静，很自律，很好相处。房东是护士，在公立医院做全职工作。我们都尊重别人的隐私，也希望来住的人和我们一样。

，周围很安静，住户不是很多，家对面就是一家工厂，都是残疾人在里边上班，很安静，不知道他们在里面做什么，只是一点儿都不吵，而且晚上外面灯火通明，还有camera,所以很安全。警察局就在家旁边。欢迎看房。
