我和我丈夫立有遗嘱如果有意外把财产都给对方。他有孩子（已成年）我没有孩子，我家的大小财产都是他的名字。几年前一个偶然的机会向学校的法律顾问提过此事，顾问的话令我将信将疑，他说我丈夫可以继承我所有的遗产，但我继承不了他的遗产尽管我俩有遗嘱也没有用，因为他有孩子。除非财产上有我的名字我才能得到一半。澳洲的法律真的是这样规定的吗？郑律师请问我该怎么样保护自己。

但是如果没有遗嘱的话，肯定你不可以拿你先生的所有遗产。他的遗产会一部分给他的孩子，另一部分才给你，要看他有多少孩子决定。
