网络是120G 两个人用 足够用了

整个屋子干净整洁。带车库,全套家具,家电。厨房也很干净 设备很齐全～！有房客独立的冰箱
还有洗衣机 院子很宽敞 阳光充足 可以一直晒被子～！
最主要的是进了院子之后 十分安静

一共有三间房间 房东住在主卧室 另两个卧室 一间是我现在住的 由于合约到期 所以转让
另外一间住了和善的LOCAL 很爱干净 虽然抽烟 但是都会去院子里抽
很爱聊天 作息时间也很正常 没有不良嗜好～平时说说话连连口语什么的都很好
虽然和房东住在一起 可能很多人或避免与房东合住 但是房东为人很和善 花园里自己种了蔬菜 自己可以采摘


位置在东北区 主路North- east Rd上 沿途的KLEMZIG 20站
虽说是20站 但是去city只要15到20分钟左右 快的时候可能更加短
高峰时段是要7到8分钟就有一班车 平时15分钟一班 主路上只有两三个红绿灯 所以很快就能到CITY
走五分钟就能到社区的shopping centre有大的coles 中国超市（和china town）的价格几乎一样 有时候还更加便宜
还有药店 各种take away神马的不解释 ...
所以生活很便利 回家的话多坐一站 就能直接去超市 节省时间 另外还有两个社区图书馆 可以提供学习和免费上网
