如果到分财产那天，双方都提供什么财产文件呢？ 他不提供的能查出来吗？

2. 夫妻共同资产分配
3. 子女的抚养权及赡养费事宜
如果他们分居未够12个月而想申请离婚的话，也可以单方面入禀法庭要求夫妻联名资产分配。法例规定，诉讼一方可以要求对方出示过往3年的银行存折及资产的材料，如果知道资产的去向的话，也可以要求有关人士或银行出示资料证明。如你认为对方是有意图转移资产的话，你应该尽快找资深律师办理夫妻共同资产分配手续。
