第二个问题比较复杂，我只可以假定甲乙都是帮你清洁的，甲没有收到工资的话，他是可以去劳资审裁处告你们的。理论上你们也没有任何答辩的理据。甲帮你们做了工作，他是可以向你们追讨薪酬的。
