QQ要用BM修改版，官方版无法登录.开通BIS后MSN直接上App World里面下，邮件推入设置在主菜单，设置，电子邮件设置中设置邮箱等等。如果没有开通BIS或者BES服务，想要使用黑莓自带浏览器，需要导入service book。
第三方软件有三种，一种是alx文件和cod文件构成的，alx文件时引导桌面管理器家在cod文件用的，cod文件时所有BlackBerry程序的主题，一个程序可能相对应有很多个cod文件，安装这种类型的软件使用桌面管理器加载应用程序功能，加载对应的alx文件即可。另一种是由jad和cod文件组成，对于这种软件，将其所有cod文件以及对应的jad文件存入手机中的内存卡，进入多媒体，按黑莓键，选择浏览，找到该软件，选择大小最小的一项执行，按提示完成安装。最后一种是在线安装的，使用系统自带浏览器打开对应网址即可执行安装。
