周边设施方便，步行5分钟可到Foodland和chemist，步行15分钟（开车5分钟）可到welland plaza shopping centre，有coles等超市，步行10分钟可到banksa和其他银行的atm，步行15分钟可到hindmarsh library，可以在那边学习，办张卡可以借书借DVD。社区成熟，环境优雅安静。

房间现住的都是阿大的PhD学生，生活规律，无不良嗜好，性格温和好相处。 希望找到爱干净，热爱生活的室友同住，女生优先。大间31号可以入住，小间26号可以入住。现在同住的室友都毕业要回国了，我们的感情也很深厚，希望能找到能融洽生活的室友，共同创造我们在阿德莱德的家。
