本人一女生7月份要前往悉尼读书，现出租一大单人间。房子很新，共三间卧室，现住着本人，一个姐姐，和一对couple。屋内家具设备齐全，大书桌，书架，床头柜，落地全身镜推拉式衣柜。厨房设备一应俱全，大部分都是全新购买的，两台冰箱，绝对够用。网络130G。交通方便，到UniSA和阿大都很方便，平时5，6分钟就有一班车。室友都是学生，人都很好相处，房东人非常Nice，会经常载我们去shopping，总之是一个安静，安全的好住处。
