急向大家求一个离Marryatville High School近的或是Noorwood附近的安静且居住环境不错、房东人好的“Homestay”。由于现住Homestay离学校太远，交通不方便，平时买东西困难，Homestay Fee高，且现在的Homestay过于吵闹，影响学习，现在想找一个可做Homestay但实为房间出租的房子（详细情况均可商议）。主要是想有个好的安静的环境学习，节省时间，也想稍微省点房费。不希望有太多人同住一家，并真心寻一个好的房主，望各位能够帮帮忙提供些信息。非常感谢！
