交通方便，位置绝佳，楼下出门步行两分钟就能看见chinatown的中国餐厅，完全可以不用自己开火。适合懒人入住。{:4_147:}
网络180G，两个房间都自带洗浴，不用担心和别人抢厕所和浴室的问题。2楼的房间还带阳台。1楼的房间和车库目前空闲。房子，家具都比较新。{:4_149:}
中央空调。 寻求爱干净的房客一名。
PS：所有房间均为单人床。所以住两个人会比较困难。1月6号开始可以入住。
