虽然还是不太懂  但是还是谢谢啦   还有一个就是access an example of delegated financial authorities from website research. identify at least two different transaction types eg payment for supplies, purchase of assets.  for each transaction type, describe how these delegated authorities assist the organisation in the quality management of ist financial information
