首先，澳洲第一第二大的网络公司分别是telstra和optus，但是口碑都不是很好，虽然网络稳定，但是价格太贵，给的流量太少。现下第三大网络公司是iinet，iinet也是口碑最好的网络公司。在阿德莱德提供naked dsl的公司有iinet，Adam，tpg，dodo，internode等等。所谓naked dsl就是只用一根电话线路，不用电话月租，可以省很多钱。而电话服务是依靠网络电话，也就是所谓的VOIP（voice over IP）。纯个人观点看，我如果选购Naked DSL，首选iinet，次选Adam，第三是tpg。这是综合了几个网络公司的稳定性，每个月给的流量，peaktime和off peaktime的分配，等等。iinet算是价格很公道了，而且口碑是最好的，最超值的是一个79.95/m，30g+30G的plan。高峰期和非高峰期下载基本是对半分。adam在adelaide的服务业很好，毕竟总部就在adel。69.95/m可以有一个25g+25G的plan，或者84.95/m可以有40G+40G。不过不好的是adam的非高峰期只有晚上12点到早上8点。tpg的服务也不错，流量更大，一百多g，不过也是非高峰期很短，晚上1点到早上8点。还有就是iinet有一个无可比拟的优势，就是免费提供iitalk。iitalk是voip服务，iinet给所有的naked dsl用户提供免费打澳大利亚范围内的座机（13，1300和手机除外），并且带一个电话号码，也就是说凭这个电话号码，你就可以和正常的座机一样能打电话能接电话了。Adam同样也送一个免费的voip电话号码，接听电话免费，但是打电话就要另外掏钱了。tpg不提供免费的voip服务，但是tpg绑定手机好像又比较便宜，自己核算核算吧。

接下来是voip公司的选购。如果你选了iinet的网络，iitalk打au范围的座机免费，13，1300的电话25c一个（untimed），1800免费，个人认为相当无敌。可是还有一个很重要的问题就是打中国的国际长途。目前唯一一个公司提供国际长途untimed的就是pennytel（www.pennytel.com）。打中国的电话（手机和座机都可以，因为澳大利亚的网络公司和中国的手机商基本没有利益冲突）8c一个，13，1300电话20c一个，1800免费。另外pennytel打美国，新加坡，加拿大等等也是8c一个，最重要的是pennytel不收月租。不过没有月租的plan也就没有免费的传统电话号码，也就是不能随便接听电话了，要用有电话号码送的plan是$5/m. 用voip还有一个功能就是传真，很多人还不知道voip其实是可以收发传真的。不过目前支持网络传真的最好的协议是T.38，iinet和adam肯定支持，tpg不知道，pennytel的网络去年支持，现在好像不行了。如果不支持T.38协议，G711u好像也可以传真，但是质量和稳定性不保证。另外的voip公司好像mynetfone好像也不错，而且支持T.38，但是非用有点贵，而且收月租。

Voip的设备选购方面呢，有两种方案可以选择，一是买一个和modem分开的voip adapter，二是干脆买一个有voip端口的modem，其实你如果还没有买modem，后者总体算起来还划算。voip adapter嘛，linsys当然是不二的选择了。pap2t或者3102都很不错，前者70刀左右，后者稍贵20刀。一体化的modem口碑最好的三个品牌是draytek，billion，d-link。一体的modem一般都融合adsl2拨号，四个有线的网络端口，无线网络，加上两个voip接口（可以接两路电话）。无线网络方面呢，现在的新笔记本一般都是11n的网络了，无线连接速度高很多。现在支持11n无线又支持voip的modem只有draytek和billion的，draytek 2710vn 310刀，billion 7404vnpx 360刀。draytek 2820vn和billion 7404vnox都是soho级产品，超过450，没必要买了。billion 7404vnpx 的网络端口是千兆网，draytek那个是百兆的。11g模式的无线modem有draytek的2700vg，billion 7404vgpx，6404vgpx，D-link的G3670B。价格都在一百八到二百上下。以上所说的全部的modem都是带两个voip接口的，并且可以写进两个不同的voip服务器地址，也就是可以使用两个不同的voip公司提供的服务。这个是个很大的优势。netcomm和netgear的modem都不行。另外，这三个品牌的modem都支持T.38协议，可以fax，前提是网络公司也支持T.38。而且billion和D-link的还有一个很好的功能，就是有一个usb接口，可以接移动存储等设备，局域网内计算机都可以访问，很方便。这几个品牌的modem都很稳定，通话质量和上网速度也好。

时间关系，没弄个表格出来比对，看起来不方便，不好意思啦。不过你可以去whirlpool forums，上面有很详细的ISP和DSL设备比对，上面的人回答问题超级踊跃，只要你提问肯定有人回答。

个人了解的信息
TPG ADSL2+ plan可以免费看IPTV，不限流量。
TPG 的 Voip plan是整合在ADSL/ADSL+plan里面的（也可以在电脑上装软件使用但是还不如用skype）。
每个月送500分钟本地座机通话(打超了10c一个flat call)，手机是28c/m,国内3.5c/m. 公司提供Dynalink voip modem(收费). 但是没有电话号码，只能打出不能打进。

these are the settings i use... they do work 100%

Menu->settings-> connection -> Sip Settings

options -> New Sip Profile ->Use Default Profile

These are the settings i used:

Profile Name: Pennytel (can be anything)
Service Profile: IETF
Default Access Point: <choose wireless point or mobile providers internet access point>
Public User Name: sip:[email protected]
Use Compression: No
Registration: Always On (if you want to use it at all times) or When Needed (when you specifically want to use voip calls... ie. options on the contact or on the number you've just typed to make the call and "internet call")
Use Security: No
Proxy Server: (Has its own section - see below)
Registrar Server: (Has its own section - see below)

Proxy Server Settings

Proxy Server Address: sip:203.166.6.160 (or sip.pennytel.com, i use the ip incase the dns is unreliable for whatever reason.)

Other settings users may want to set can be found in Menu->settings->Call Settings

Send my Internet Call ID: Yes/No (depending if they want caller id sent out when making voip calls)

Internet Call Waiting: Activated/Not Active (if they want call waiting on their voip service)

Internet Call Alert: User gets a tone at the start of the call to tell them the call they've just made/received is a VoIP Call (the otehr way to tell is to look at your screen and see the address of the phone call ie. +[email protected]+[email protected] etc.)

Default Call Type: Internet Call or Voice Call (Internet call by default tries voip if the voip connection is active, if not it dials normal voice network).

I hope that helps... those settings work perfectly for me.

sip over wifi早就可以了。只是原来一直没搞定sip over 3g
