交通极方便，家里出门转弯2分钟就是站口。到CITY 有102，104，106等，最多15分钟一趟，第8站，10分钟左右到CITY 和NT。 另有100路直接到 阿德莱德大学的Waite Campus。

生活区安静，后边有小公园。购物也极方便，到Magill Road， Norwood 和Marden 的购物中心都几分钟（5分钟内）车程。另外可 步行 至Stepney 区超市购物 。
