如果是（1）同一科第二次Fail、（2）由于Fail科导致GPA低于2.8或（3）Fail所学专业的Practicum或Clinical Placement，那么学校会视你当学期为Making Unsatisfactory Progress（MUP），从而启动一个针对你的Academic Review（AR）程序，此程序分为三个阶段，第一次出现MUP是给你邮寄正式的提醒信，并且要学生与所Fail课程的Course Coordinator或Program Director（PD）沟通，具体沟通方式无所谓（面谈、电话、邮件都行），交流内容应该做记录并保留；第二次出现MUP是要求你直接和PD或PD授权的Student Advisor或School Academic Administrator等类似职位的人面谈（对于External为主的学生，也可以通过电话），这时需要你和PD或PD授权的教员共同完成填写一份Academic Review Action Plan（ARAP），填写完ARAP应该再复印两份，PD或PD授权教员和当事学生各留一份复印件，原件交到Campus Central备案；第三次出现MUP，你的Case会被转去做School Consideration，如果Board Members可能考虑给你做Preclusion或是再给你一个额外的机会允许继续课程。如果School Board做了Preclusion决定的话，学生可以提出上诉，但是如果最后维持决定的话，那么学生在两年之内不得再修该专业的所有课程（但是可以重新申请其它专业）。两年之后可以申请继续未完成的原专业课程，但是按重新申请入学标准办理。

对于做了Preclusion决定的学生，UniSA会通报移民局，你的课程已经被Suspended了，也就是说原有学生Visa原则上稍后将会被移民局取消。。。
