    版主大人，是鬼老中介，我看厚厚的合同上好像没关于保险的条款，唯一出现保险的就是在小区内个人因为小区设施而damage injury什么的可以cover，完蛋了，我跟那经理说我能不能自己找人来修，他说不行，非得找他们指定的人，要我等bill好了，哎。
