Job duties:
- Fortnightly payroll – manual calculation andQuick Book
- Weekly budget estimation for expenses - BAS preparation for every quarter - Weekly stock count – data entry andstock control - Superannuation per quarter - Ordering stocks - Other admin duties such as replyemail/answering phone calls or messaging
Skills/Qualifications/Requirement:
- Accounting major or related is stronglypreferred for this position.
- Good organizing skill
- Good communication skill
- Determination on different tasks
- Bilingual: Mandarin and English (must)
- Proficiency in using different computer softwareincluding Microsoft office and accounting software Quick Book - A minimum 1 year Australia working experiences inAccounting/Bookkeeper field as first consideration - Understanding Payroll and BAS system is a must, it canbe training - Must have Australia driver licenseand reliable car - Female preferences however willconsider other as well
