【岗位要求】

1， 具有基础城市规划、政府政策、房产知识的洞察力和敏感度；

2， 熟悉品牌知识，对品牌领域有一定的了解；

3， 了解新媒体传播规律，对新媒体有很好的网感；

4， 熟悉相关的公众号和设计软件，秀米和Adobe Photoshop/Adobe Illustrator等；

5， 广告、中文、新闻专业优先，曾在经济类媒体从业者优先。
