The Role
We are seeking an self-motivated Real Estate Agent withstrong ethics that will compliment our team.
Key Responsibilities:
·      Prospecting - Actively seeking out new sales opportunitiesthrough online research, cold-calling, networking and social media to identifyqualified leads, and evaluate customer needs.
·      Client Meetings - Setting appointments to understand theirneeds, and provide solutions accordingly
·      Relationship Management - Ongoing engagement with existingcustomers to keep them up to date with the latest market trend and policiescould affect them
·      Sales Conversions - Managing opportunities in your sales funnelto closing out your deal.
Key Requirements:
·      Exceptional presentation skills - both verbal and writtencommunication skills.  
·      Reaching and exceeding the targets set by the business.
·      You will have a go-getter attitude with a passion for realestate and solving customer problems.  
·      Excellent time-management, an individual who thrives on managingtheir own time.
·      Team player:  You will join a supportive andclose-knit team environment.  A collaborative and fun approach towork is essential.
