公寓车位被人长期霸占怎么处理

如题 上月投资房的租客走后车位一直空着
之前发现几次有车乱停在我的车位上
现在正式入住了发现那个人天天停在我的车位上
我给过notice纸条 物管也warning过好几次 但那人完全无视 还是继续停在我的车位上 实在烦人
请问这种情况应该怎么办
找coucil或者警察有用吗 还是我可以自己叫拖车把他车拖走？谢谢大家
