It is a newly renovated unit, with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, going to be fully-furnished, lying on the corner of George street and Margret street, with name CLUB LODGE. it might be the closest building to QUT GARDENS POINT.
you are gonna to share the unit with a Chinese girl, who is studying in QUT. You will have the master room$290 bills 3 weeks bonds.
As it is not cheap, so it would be better for a couple or two girls to move in.
It is available this Friday. You are welcome to come to see the unit, but before that you'd better give me some clue on your free time, then we can make an appointment.
