Job description: This is an existingopportunity to contribute in research project in Finance discipline. Aresearcher in research centre located in Brisbane requires approximately 10research assistants to facilitate data collection from particular finance database.As a research assistant, you can get to know research knowledge anddata analysis skills. In return, you will be compensated and have ashining point on your resume. Research area: CorporateFinance Work type: Casual Location: St. Lucia The person: The successful appointeeshall have business related education background (finance discipline is not amust but preferred) and shall have good command of Excel and other officesuite. Applicant should possess undergraduate degree or studying at tertiaryeducational institution. No previous research experience is required, but it ispreferable. You should have strong communication skill and have attention todetail. Selection criteria: Education: Bachelor/Masterstudents/graduates in business discipline Language capability:Have good English reading skills and have the ability to fast locate keyinformation from reading material. Good Mandarin speakers are also verywelcomed and preferred. Skills: Good Excel skills(no requirement for specific data analysis skills) Working time: Must be availableto work on site in the following days: 13/9 (all daytime), 15/9 (alldaytime) and 16/9 (all daytime). You can work at home other than thesetimes. Training: We will provideone-hour training on Thursday (13/9) morning at 9:30am. You must beavailable for training session. The training location will be announced to allsuccessful applicants.
