步行去garden city要15min，但是出门走路2min就有122路可以坐去garden city，一个站就到啦
另外去UQ也超方便，139可以直达。
去华人区sunnybank也是10min就可以到了
房子一共两层，楼上住房东一家三口，80后的小夫妻还有他们可爱的儿子。一家人都非常好说话
BTW，此房非常适合做代购的同学住，定期有快递来收货，有纸箱和胶袋可以自行打包哈哈
