Job Requirements:

We are seeking for a full-time Cook in sushi restaurant located at Palm Beach (Gold Coast).

The cook will be a person who has a relevant Certificate III (or above) in Commercial Cookery + Diploma of Hospitality.  Also required a minimum of three years full-time working experience as a cook or the equivalent combination of education and experience.  Must have experience in good food service and cooking good food during peak time. As the sushi restaurant cook is also responsible for:

        Be able to handle and prepare quality healthy food to handle large orders in stipulated time
Be able to handle high pressure environments
Be efficient in cost control while preparing quality food satisfactions to customers
Have abilities to serve customers and good communication
