Good location，8 min walk to Sunnybank plaza, 2 min walk to130,140,133,137，139,598 bus stop. (bus to City, GardenCity, UQ, QUT, GriffithUniversity.) Students can walk toGriffith Uni. With furniture ，cooking utensils ，Internet ,water and elect included。The house is clean and quiet ，house mate are very friendly。 Single room $120pw Thanks
