計劃擴展至室內設計業務，
需要一位有經驗的  Full/Part time  室內設計師

室內設計、建築設計師職位

職 位 描 述 ：
1、按設計規範和客戶要求向客戶提供滿意的個性化設計方案；

2、能獨立完成部分方案設計、提案製作、施工圖製作、熟悉澳洲政府審核過程；

3、熟悉澳洲本地裝修施工工藝及室內設計規範，
參與項目的用料確認和現場調整後續執行；

4、協調客戶，施工，材料各方面的關係，保證設計方案能正確執行；

5、負責案例、技術及資源的整理；

6、提供給客戶各種專業的諮詢服務，並提供合理的協助。


任 職 資 格 ：
1、建築或室內設計相關專業大專以上學歷；

2、熟悉掌握3D Max、Auto CAD、Photoshop等製圖軟件；

3、有獨特的設計理念及敏銳的色彩感覺，有獨到的方案設計理念，思路清晰，方案把控能力強；

4、踏實穩重，熱愛設計工作；能帶領員工工作，並樂於教導，提升全隊工作能力

5、頭腦靈活，具有良好的語言（中、英）溝通能力和文字表達能力。
