在发帖日期两个星期后(4月26号后)有房间空出,位于布里斯班市中心的Charlotte Street, 距离QUT 5分钟步行, 离Myer Center 2分钟步行.
I am Chinese and live with my girlfriend so I would like to look for a tidy, polite and nice lady to share with(prefer chinese as well for the communication, otherwise is fine). You can have your sport time inside the buliding for free, apartment offered swimming pool, gym, sauna and BBQ. This unit is taken 10-15mins to QUT-Garden Point, and with a bit of view of Brisbane river. Considering to the buliding location, it is in the centre of city and it is convenient to have a prefect life. All furnitures have set up already, what you need to do is just take your pillow and your bedclothes, pay the rent and move in.
房费为$290/week, 包网包水电.
