It is a living room in an inner city apartment to be rented. You will share this apartment with two other tenants currently living there.
Perfect for working-holiday visa holders or QUT students who want to live in city with a reasonable price.
Requirements: you need to be quite, clean, no smoker thanks.
Rent will be $130 per week (Bill included, ADSL 2 and internet).
