New cookware and dining sets are provided in a fully equipped kitchen. Dining area and internal laundry with washing machine are provided for all tenants. Unlimited WI-FI plus phone, calling to over 80 countries for free, a multipurpose printer and a fully furnished lounge with TV are also provided for all tenants. There is a large covered terrace facing the landscaped backyard, for outdoor sitting and relaxing, with outdoor furniture and new BBQ. Utilities (electricity) are shared among all tenants ($5-$10 per week). Tenancy Agreement: Long term, only single students or professionals, no children will be allowed in the premises.
