这次是短租 2月8 - 2月19号, 差不多两个礼拜的样子, 旅游加熟悉环境, 他们年内要长期登陆居住否则签证会过期, 所以如果合适的话可以直接约下次长住.
还有这次他们儿子也过来, 5岁了, 绝对听话安静不会影响其他人.

2月10日回布村，求租一个大的单人间。 希望有双人床，大的桌子和衣橱（本人衣服很多），网络最好比较快的，之前自己签telstra也就那样又贵又慢。最好可以不要强制要求住长期，求采光好环境好的合适房源。价格最好不要超过150一周（当然是水电网全包的那种）。有停车位的优先考虑。


希望房间比较大 厕所不超过2人share。当然是希望。本人不太做饭，无不良嗜好。

包水电网，主人套房250/周，单人房130/周。
开车去 garden city 只要5分钟，小区门口就有公交车185，可到 city 和 garden city。走5分钟有公交车180，也是可以到 city 和 garden city。
小区内有2个游泳池，有网球场。
