Unfortunately, the application fee cannot be wiaved for foreign
applicants. In you application file, you submitted copies of you TOEFL
and GRE scores. We will verify those scores with ETS. Therefore, you will
not have to submit those scores, but you will have to pay the application
fee. Please keep in mind that your application will not be presented
to the review committee until you have paid the fee.
Should I pay fee? The cost per year is nealy $40,000, and I will not go without financial aid. What should I do?
Waiting is not comfortable, let along asking for fee!
