有关南洋及国立申请表的几个问题

一、申请表中有三项：
1.Proposed field of research
2.Proposed topic of research (A detailed proposal of at least one page must be attached)；
3.Significance and aims of proposed research topic (attach a separate sheet if necessary)
我觉得分开填写很麻烦，写得太具体会不会因为专业面太窄而减小录取的可能性？直接附一封PS可不可以？
二、languages一项中分有：1.Read and Write 2.Read only 3.Spoken 怎么填？
