Applications may be submitted at any time of the year. However, due to a limited quota, you are advised to apply as soon as possible.
The procedure starts when you submit an initial application(Form RC20)when a place is available in your chosen department, you'll be invited to submit a research degree proposal (Form RDCA). At the same time, you should also submit copies of your qualification and other relevant doucuments, plus a non-refundable application fee of HK$150.
