In the third week of April, the Consulate's American
Citizen Services (ACS) and Non-Immigrant Visa (NIV)
Units will be relocating to the 8th floor of the
Westgate Mall at 1038 West Nanjing Road.
To prepare for the move, the NIV Unit will be closed
from Friday, April 11 - Wednesday, April 16. Visa
interviews will begin at the new location on
Thursday, April 17. Please note that no visas will be
processed during the move.
Likewise, the ACS Unit, normally open M-F 8:30-11:30
a.m., and 1:30-3:30 p.m., will be open on Friday,
April 11 from 8:30-11:30 a.m. ONLY. We will be closed
from the afternoon of Friday, April 11 through
Wednesday, April 16. We will re-open at our new
location on Thursday, April 17. On Thursday, April 17
and Friday, April 18, some services may not be
available as we transition to our new space. We
appreciate your understanding, and hope that you take
advantage of the week ahead to handle any business
that must be completed prior to our move. During
the move, American citizens with emergencies can
contact ACS via the main Consulate number 6433-6880.
