小弟想参加9月底德国的一个展会，但是因为2004年的时候在英国因为办工作签证，造成护照过期。但是的雇主答应帮我办理工作签证，但是却在我的留学签证过期一个月后才把工作签证的申请递交到英国移民局（对此我一直不知情）。申请递交后的8个月，我打电话到移民局询问进度，被告知申请被拒绝。我于是要求拿回护照回国，接着移民局寄回我的护照并附上以下信件(中文部分为我自己翻译的)。请问我这样的情况还能拿到签证去欧洲别的国家参展吗？

****先生(我在英国的雇主) 代表你申请工作签证，但是这个申请被拒绝了。
In view of the fact that work permit application was unsuccessful the Secretary of State is not satisfied that you have written approval from Work Permit(UK) for an extension of stay in this category.
介于申请工作签证的申请不成功的事实，在此类情况下你却拥有工作许可并且延长在英居留时间，国务秘书对此表示不满。（此处我的翻译不知道是否妥当？）
An application was made on your behalf on 31 March 2004. However, your leave to enter expired on 28 February 2004. You therefore did not have leave to enter at the time of your application.
你的工作签证申请递交于2004年3月31日，但是你的留学签证有效期截止于2004年2月28日。 因此在你申请日，你已经无权留在英国。
There is no right of appeal against this decision.
所以你无权利对此决定申诉。
You have no right to stay in the United Kingdom so are liable to be removed. You must leave as soon as possible. If you do not leave voluntarily, you may be prosecuted for an offence under the Immigration Act 1971, the penalty for which is a fine of up to ￡ 2500 and/ or up to 6 months imprisonment and will also be liable to be removed from the United Kingdom to the P.R.C.
你无权留在英国，并且必须离开（此处翻译不知道恰当吗？）。你必须尽快离开。如果不自愿离开，根据移民法1971版你将遭到起诉，并处以最高2500英镑的罚金，或者6个月监禁，然后被遣返至中国。
Help and advice on returning home can be obtained from the Immigration Service on 0208760 2290 between the hours of 9 am and 5 pm Monday to Friday.

另外，我离开英国之前质问我的雇主，为什么不早点递交工作签证申请，并要求他们出书面材料说明。他们出具以下信件，我觉得说明不了什么问题，但是因为要急着回国，也就不了了之。

We are sorry that we did not check whether Mr.****(我的名字)‘s visa has been expired before submitting his work permit application. And now he is required to leave the UK immediately.
We would be grateful if you could afford assistance in case of need regarding this matter.
