我约的签证是7月18号，时间是来不及了！
（就是续约签证也是十月了，只有申请延期）
如果我现在受到一份Potsdam FH的Zulassung，去签证后，
7月中旬又收到Cottbus的Zulassung。
我凭去Potsdam的签证到德国后不去Potsdam，而去Cottbus，
不知是否可行？
如若不行，有什么办法吗？
