重新递交申请案件应寄往以下地址：

申请者在把案件重新寄往VSC 时，封面应用色彩明亮的纸张，并且把"Att: CRU Supervisor"和"Case Improperly Rejected"用大号的印刷体字母标出。
佛蒙特服务中心特别强调，此程序只适用于首次已经被拒绝的案件，申请者不能因为担心案件遭到拒绝，而提前寄送到以上地址。
