上月底收到这封信，之前还以为是交钱通知，谁知道不是。麻烦大家看看是属于正常状态吗？大家也有收到这样的信吗？

大概意思是案件已经转移到加州中心了，于月初在网上查，说加州已经接收到案件，请问大家的过程都是这样吗？大概多久才有通知下一步？
