YOUR ROLE
? Provide lending support (inbound only, no cold calls)
? Assist with full application process
? Provide customer service with the ability to handle complaint and dispute
? Liaise between relevant interested parties during the lending process
? Able to detect fraud and complete credit compliance procedures
? Verify and complete required credit and risk assessments
? Thrive in dynamic work environment and a team player
PRE-REQUISITES
? PR or Australian Citizen
? Diploma or higher education, preferably Business/Commerce or Finance related
? Fluent in verbal and written English
? Must have 1-2 years office experience
? Finance or mortgage related work experience
? No experience considered for junior position
