Well, I think if you want to stay in a foreign country and work there for a while, Canada is a good choice, it is very very difficult to stay and find a job in the UK. But if you graduate from a Canadian university, and then try to find a job in Canada, it might be easier than those new immigrants.

As before, I didn't think about immigration and work in a foreign country, so just after my study in Canada, I went back to China, and then to the UK. But if you want to work and stay in a foreign country, I strongly recommend you to study in Canada.
For the education system, both are not bad, but I believe you can learn more from two years master degree.
But for future career development, it is better to go back to China, to work in a foreign country, it will be a big waste, we have very few opportunities to find a nice job, and the future career development can be very little.
